About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Retail ERP to design and implement solutions integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Point of Sale (POS) and other business systems. The candidate will ensure seamless data exchange, system integration, data consistency, and optimal performance across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs. Design and manage integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, POS, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain scalable and reliable retail ERP architecture. Ensure seamless data synchronization, consistency, security, and system performance. Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve functional and technical challenges. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, data mappings, and configuration details. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Support ERP implementation projects and continuous system improvements. Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. Hands-on experience in solution architecture and project implementation. Strong knowledge of retail business processes and financial operations. Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with ETL pipelines and integration platforms. Familiarity with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services. Understanding of data modelling, data synchronization, and authentication protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, and JWT. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in retail environments. Knowledge of POS integrations and retail ERP systems. Experience in medical retail or audiology-related systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong solution architecture and system integration experience, with knowledge of retail ERP processes and API-based integrations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and POS integration will be an added advantage. Language Requirement: Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
