About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Identity Management & Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage, support, and improve enterprise identity and workplace technology services. The candidate will work with global IT teams, troubleshoot complex technical issues, strengthen security, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and on-premises Active Directory. Manage hybrid identity environments, user access, authentication, and authorization. Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies. Monitor service health and handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management. Act as a technical escalation point for complex identity and Microsoft 365 issues. Implement security best practices for identity management and privileged access. Use PowerShell scripting for administration, automation, and operational support. Collaborate with global IT, infrastructure, and security teams to improve service reliability and efficiency. Share technical knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to technical improvements. Mandatory Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft 365, and workplace technology. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and hybrid identity environments. Experience troubleshooting authentication, access, MFA, and Conditional Access issues. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments. Experience handling complex incidents and providing technical guidance to team members. Preferred Skills Experience with identity security and privileged access management. Knowledge of enterprise security standards and best practices. Experience working with global teams across different regions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Interest in growing into a technical leadership role while remaining hands-on. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and PowerShell, along with experience in enterprise IT operations, identity security, and technical troubleshooting.
