About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. The candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while providing technical guidance and support. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs. Develop and maintain custom SharePoint components and integrations. Build business applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Manage end-to-end development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support. Troubleshoot technical issues and improve the performance and reliability of SharePoint solutions. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and enterprise development standards. Support SharePoint migration and modernization from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online. Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards and best practices. Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in SharePoint development. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx. Proficiency in React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and PowerShell. Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations. Hands-on experience with Power Apps and .Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, security, governance, and lifecycle management. Experience developing intranets, collaboration platforms, document management systems, and business applications. Experience with SharePoint migration from on-premises to SharePoint Online. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise-level SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementations. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, and Microsoft 365 technologies, along with experience in enterprise solution development, migration, integration, and technical support.
