About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to support and manage enterprise expense management applications. The role focuses on functional consulting, application configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of finance and expense management systems. Candidates with experience in SAP Concur, Coupa, Oracle Expense, or similar enterprise expense management platforms are welcome. Experience with MobileX is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support and administration for expense management applications. Handle user incidents, service requests, and application-related issues. Gather business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to implement suitable solutions. Configure application settings, workflows, and expense management processes. Monitor system interfaces and data synchronization between applications. Troubleshoot API and middleware issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Support application testing, deployments, and release activities. Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to improve application performance and user experience. Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in expense management systems, finance application support, or IT financial support. Experience with at least one enterprise expense management platform, such as SAP Concur, Coupa, Oracle Expense, or similar applications. Good understanding of finance processes, expense management, and business requirements gathering. Experience in functional consulting, application configuration, user support, and testing. Experience monitoring interfaces and data synchronization between applications. Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL. Experience with at least one ERP platform: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Good English communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with MobileX expense management. Knowledge of travel and expense management processes. Exposure to MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or MobileIron. ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum certification, or relevant application certification. Educational Qualification B.Com., Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise expense management or finance applications, strong functional and troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of finance processes. Candidates with MobileX experience are preferred, but experience with comparable expense management platforms will also be considered.
